SNAPP on WhatsApp is operated by Snapp Stats, Inc. (“SNAPP,” “we,” “us”). WhatsApp is a separate service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.; SNAPP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.

Consent

By messaging our WhatsApp number at 18447212825, you consent to receive messages from SNAPP in response to your questions. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. We will never sell, rent, or share your WhatsApp account information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. Each question you send will receive a reply. You may also receive occasional proactive updates (e.g., game-day previews) if you opt in to those features.

WhatsApp is delivered over your data connection or wi-fi. Standard SMS message and data rates do not apply — check your data plan and WhatsApp's own pricing for any applicable fees in your country.

How to Stop

You can stop receiving messages at any time using WhatsApp's built-in controls:

• Mute — tap our chat → chat name → Mute notifications
• Block — tap our chat → chat name → Block, to stop all messages
• Delete chat — long-press the conversation in your chats list → Delete
• You can also email privacy@snappstats.com and ask us to stop messaging you.

WhatsApp does not support SMS-style keyword opt-outs (e.g., “STOP”); use the controls above instead.

AI Disclosure

SNAPP on WhatsApp responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important information independently. Privacy Policy

When you use SNAPP on WhatsApp, we collect and store:

• Your WhatsApp phone number and display name (to deliver replies and identify your conversation)
• Message content (to provide answers and improve the service)
• Usage data (message timestamps, feature usage)

Encryption. WhatsApp messages between you and our number are end-to-end encrypted in transit by WhatsApp. Once a message is delivered to our system, it is decrypted so SNAPP can read and respond. We then store the conversation on our servers using industry-standard encryption at rest.

Meta's role. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta processes message metadata (delivery, timing) as part of operating the WhatsApp platform. Meta's handling of your data is governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy, not ours.

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the SNAPP service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.

International users. WhatsApp is available worldwide. If you are accessing SNAPP from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, etc.), you have rights to access, correct, or delete your data; email privacy@snappstats.com to exercise them.

We retain your data for as long as your conversation is active. To request deletion, email privacy@snappstats.com.

Terms of Service

By using SNAPP on WhatsApp, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• SNAPP on WhatsApp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.
• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
